When visiting this website, information is automatically collected by the server we use (so-called server logfiles). This includes in particular a shortened IP address, date and time of access, accessed URL, referrer URL, browser used and operating system. This data is needed for technical reasons to provide the website in a stable and secure manner and is not merged with other data sources.
When you book a table through the online reservation system, we process the data you enter (in particular name, contact details, date and time, number of guests, selected table, and optional notes). Processing is carried out exclusively for handling your reservation and, if necessary, for follow-up inquiries. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract / pre-contractual measures).
If you contact us by email or telephone, the communicated data will also be used only for processing your inquiry. Legal bases are Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (initiation of a contractual relationship) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in answering inquiries).
For internal management of reservations, there is a password-protected admin area. During login, a technically necessary cookie ("admin_session") is set that contains an encrypted session. This cookie is required to allow administrators access to the reservation system and is only intended for authorized persons.
We use essential cookies/functions to enable admin login ("admin_session"). In addition, we store your cookie settings locally in your browser (Local Storage, key "cookie-consent") so that the cookie banner respects your selection.
Optional statistics cookies or analysis tools are only used if you give us your consent in the cookie banner. Details about specifically used services (e.g. name of provider, headquarters, data types, storage duration) will be added to this declaration once such services are actively used.
Reservation data is stored on the server to manage your booking. We only retain data for as long as necessary for contract fulfillment and in accordance with legal retention obligations (e.g. commercial and tax law deadlines). Cookie settings and local storage in the browser can be deleted at any time by yourself (e.g. via your browser settings).
Your data will only be shared with third parties if this is necessary for contract fulfillment or if there is a legal obligation. Transfer to third countries does not take place.
